What we do — and what we don't

VisaHelper is a document completeness checker. We check that the documents for your UK visa application are complete, internally consistent, and formatted in line with published Home Office requirements for your nationality, course and institution.

We do not provide legal advice. VisaHelper is not a law firm, and nothing on this service constitutes immigration advice within the meaning of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. If your situation involves legal complexity — previous refusals with complex grounds, criminal history, asylum matters — consult a regulated immigration adviser (OISC-registered) or a solicitor.

We cannot guarantee a visa decision. Visa decisions include discretionary judgements by Home Office caseworkers — such as the genuineness of your intention to study — that no document check can control. A clean report from us means your paperwork looks complete and consistent; it is not a prediction or guarantee of approval.

Requirements change. We monitor official Home Office sources and keep our rules current, but the definitive source is always gov.uk/student-visa. Check it before you submit.
