Service scope

VisaHelper provides an automated document completeness check for UK Student Visa applications, with an optional human expert review. It is not legal advice and not a guarantee of any visa outcome.

Refund policy

If our check misses a documented Home Office requirement that was within the scope of your check, we will refund the fee in full. Refunds are never conditional on, or triggered by, the outcome of your visa application.

Document retention

Uploaded documents are stored for a limited period after your case completes and then deleted automatically.
